Valleri and Barbara were such different people as sisters that people often joked that they'd been scripted in a Hollywood sitcom. Where the younger redhead had always been the more studious and driven of the girls, both academically and athletically, the blonde beauty Valleri had always been more focused on things like fashion and dating and socializing, right down to running her own fashion blog. After coming home in the wee hours following a party, Valleri decided that she'd had enough. She knew that her younger sister was beautiful and more than deserved to let off way more steam than she did.

A plan, the like of which even Valleri, had never considered, went into effect. Their parents were gone for the weekend and for once, the blonde had no intentions of throwing a big party. The only person she cared about now was Barbara. She found the redhead in the family exercise room, stretching out on a mat. Valleri sat down to do the same, her workout gear barely worth the mention-- a tiny pink sports bra and black short shorts, both extremely tight. Val sat with her legs spread opposite her sister and smiled. "You don't mind if I warm up with you, do you?"

"Val..." Barbara shook her head. "And I don't know what of what I do you'll want to learn. It's mostly based on my gymnastics. But I suppose I could start by showing you how I use it." She smiled and took a second to put on Lorde's Royals before shimmying gracefully up the twirling pole upside down right to the top. On the word 'flesh' she gasped as she appeared to miss the pole, her hands slipping behind her. And caught herself from a head-first fall with her feet and thighs, two inches of her long red hair falling on the ground.
